Changing up your Strength Training Routine

This week Ryan vents a bit on a lost opportunity that then turns into a full blown rant about a jerk that he encountered. More on topic, the GymWits talk strength training during the episode. Most people are stuck in a normal, “Single set” strength training routine. This can be effective but over time, boredom may set in, both physically and mentally. Ryan and Justin discuss ways to change up your strength training routine in order to keep things interesting while still getting results.
