Performance vs. Fitness Vs. Health: What’s your focus?

Training programs typically fit into one or more of three categories, Performance, Fitness or Health. Each category has it’s own distinct goals and training outcomes. The average doesn’t take into consideration which category they fit in often leading to exercise programs that are unnecessarily difficult or not challenging enough. This week, the GymWits talk about the difference between the three and how to develop an appropriate program.
