Goals, everyone has them. In the fitness world, they vary wildly buy when broken down, they usually fit into one (or more) of 4 primary categories. Those categories are; Aesthetics, Health, Energy and Function. This week, Ryan and Justin talk about specific goals and which categories they fall in. 

This discussion is useful because often times we don’t really consider our goals beyond the superficial. Enjoy.
